Whatcha Working On Wednesday

I can't believe it has been a week since my last post... where has time gone. Since school has started and my DD has left...I just can't get into a routine. Is this part of being an empty nester? If so I don't like it!

This morning I had errands to run and the rest the afternoon I spent cleaning and organizing my craft room and taking inventory of projects that are ready for upcoming craft sales.

Thought I would share an old wooden ironing board redo (Donna Atkins design)

a closer look...

This was a fun project to paint...In the upcoming weeks I will be sharing some of my other projects with you.
DH and I plan on going for a ride this evening...maybe I will take the camera along.
Have a great evening!
Kathy

Just beautiful Kathy...I had one that someone painted a patriotic Santa it had an old look to it and they had put a neat flag near his hand.

I love, love, love your ironing board. It's beautiful!

I'm going through the same thing you are...now that both of my kids are in school. I'm not used to all the alone time at all. I also figure I deserve the break so I'm being "lazy" a bit. Trying to get out of that, though. Today I scrubbed the bathroom..every inch of it! :)

Have a great night!

It took me months after becoming an empty nester to get into a routine. I just had it down pat when blogging came into my life - there went my routine! LOL I hope you get into one better than i did.
